Rules, regulations, on Whitetail Deer Hunting in Missouri.

Midwest Hunt Leases offers trophy whitetail deer hunting in North Central Missouri. Missouri is the “sleeper” state of the package. Most often times when we acquire a property for whitetail hunting in Missouri it has seen no previous archery pressure at all, and little or no firearms pressure. Missouri ranks as the #5 State in the Nation according to the Pope and Young and Boone and Crockett Record Books. Missouri is a silent giant of a whitetail state. Our Missouri farms are virtually undiscovered territory and often times house the largest whitetail trophies of any of the 3 States we hunt. Because the two Counties we hunt in Missouri were under an strict antler restriction for many year there are some real “bruisers” hiding in the undiscovered woodlots of Missouri.

Northern Missouri is producing monstrous whitetail bucks due to an 4 point antler restriction rule implemented by the Missouri Department of Conservation in 2010-. Missouri is also the only State in the Midwest where hunters can rifle hunt during the peak of the rut.  The Missouri archery season begins as early as September 15 yielding the best early season hunting of any State in the Midwest.  Hunters can use crossbows during archery season without having a disability. 

The State Of Missouri begins archery season on Sept. 15 and doesn’t end until Jan. 15.  Hunters can use or crossbow.  The 2nd week of November Missouri offers the only rifle rut season in the Midwest for 10 straight days.

The 2nd day after Christmas Missouri has a week long late muzzleloader season.

Missouri Tags can be purchased over the counter with each hunter guaranteed tags which include archery tag for deer, firearms tag for deer, Spring Turkey, Fall Season.  Each hunter can kill 2 turkeys each as well as 2 bucks and 4 does.  Tags cost $200 for non residents.  We will assist you in getting your tag as well as help you find a place to lodge or stay.

IF A LESSOR WISHES TO HIRE OUR STAFF TO OUTFIT OR HANG YOUR DEER STAND LOCATIONS ON THE PROPERTY YOU LEASED TO PREVENT YOUR HUNT GROUP FROM HAVING TO DO  SO.

The Lessor agrees to refrain from conducting any deer drives, for safety purposes.

Estimated Missouri Hunt Season Dates

• Pre-Rut Archery  9-15 to 10-29: 
• 2 Day Youth Gun Season 10-30 to 10-31: 
• PreRut Archery  10-30 to 11-10: 
• Firearms  11-11 to 11-22
• Late Muzzleloader  12-28 to 1-3
• Late Archery  Dec. 27 to 1/15.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All sales are final upon payment.  No refunds, however if you lease a  farm, and then because of an emergency situation wish a refund.  While no refunds are given we are willing to re-post and re-lease the farm for the lessor and return funds to him if the farm leases.
